Who I am
For more than twenty-five years, I have been working as a consultant to senior leadership of a variety of leading international firms in transformation initiatives, strategic marketing, talent management, and organizational development. I collaborate and communicate across functions and management levels, being equally comfortable working with young managers and board members.

Having worked on both the supplier and client side of consulting, I bring a unique understanding of the respective motivations and challenges each partner brings to the table and how best to bridge gaps in the relationship to achieve desired outcomes.
After 30 years studying, living, and working in an international environment, I have strong interpersonal skills and a high level of cultural flexibility. My fluency in multiple languages allows me to connect quickly to a wide variety of people.

I bring a high level of energy to each and every engagement. My attention to detail, combined with a constant eye on the big picture, allows me to connect the dots quickly and identify the root causes and drivers of any given situation. As such, I am a reliable and driven problem-solver, who is able to motivate colleagues and make key decisions, including in uncertain or high-stress situations.

The foundation of my work
The foundation of my work is to facilitate and enable the right behaviors — leadership and functional — in order to help individuals and organizations be the best they can be.
I have significant experience with local, single-function change initiatives, as well as large transformation initiatives within global organizations across multiple regions, management levels and functions — but in all cases, the goal is to help talented individuals make the necessary behavioural changes in order to achieve new and challenging business objectives.
As such, I am comfortable and adept at playing multiple roles — strategic business advisor, experiential workshop facilitator, and individual coach — in order to achieve critical strategic alignment and business impact and to provide the necessary personal support to achieve the requisite behavioural changes among the key stakeholders.
